Congregational Care Ministry

The Congregational Care Ministry provides care, prayer, visitation, and support to members during times of illness, grief, hospitalization, crisis, or personal need. This ministry extends the love of Christ through encouragement, compassion, presence, and prayer.

The ministry also assists with visitation and helps support the broader work of pastoral care in the life of the congregation.

Benevolence Assistance

As part of our care for one another and our commitment to serve with compassion, New Hope United Methodist Church seeks to support individuals and families who may be experiencing seasons of hardship or need. Our benevolence efforts are intended to offer care, guidance, and support as resources are available.

If you are in need of assistance, please contact our Church Business Administrator. She will help receive your request and connect you with our Benevolence Leader, Sherry Porter, for the appropriate next steps.
